Jim oversees the mission coaching team at WorldVenture. Serving as a mission coach he mentors emerging leaders to pursue their God given destiny. He draws his insights on leadership from Jesus’ model of shepherd leadership and from his unique leadership experiences having held executives positions in business, churches and para-church ministries.
Jim resides in Westminster, Colorado, with his wife Denise and his sons James (21) and Sterling (19).
